Welcome to the new Irish Society of Toxicology (IST) website. Please feel free to send us on any comments that you think may be helpful (see Contacts page or link to the webmaster below).
The IST is a professional organisation of scientists from academia, government and industry, representing a broad cross-section of those involved in toxicology in Ireland. The IST is committed to creating a safer and healthier environment by advancing the science of toxicology. Interesting articles and information about toxicology can be read from here and we hope to also bring you monthly articles in our own Tox Topics section.
More information on the makeup and function of the Society can be found on the Constitution page and details of the current IST Committee can be found on the Committee page. Further information about the Society and its affiliates may also be found on the About Us page.
